Anthony has more than 30 years of management and leadership experience in the private sector, military, non-profit, and education realms. He has been recognized and awarded at almost every level he has worked in, for his ability to manage teams and lead them to excellence. Additionally, he has 10+ years of teaching experience which includes credit classes as well as customized corporate training, seminars, and workshops.

He is an educator, keynote speaker, and is passionate about helping individuals and business owners tap into their potential, develop new capabilities, and new opportunities to grow and excel. This is why he started Crosstown Consulting and pours himself into providing leadership and management training solutions for growing businesses.

He and his wife, Alicia, have been married for 29 years. He has a B.S. in Aviation Management and Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an M.S. in Instructional Systems Design from Saint Leo University.
